We are striving to create products that is unique in every way that has it's own personality and different from any other manufacturers apart from craftmanshifts, we also put all our effort in the production of our product to ensure all the detail is taken care of.

The wooden slab will be delivered to a local professional KD factory to make sure the moisture content of the wood is kiln dried to 30% + -
After the kiln dry process the wood slabs will be flattened with the Wood router planing sled in our own factory, the result is totally different compared many other factories which is still using the conventional power hand plane for this surfacing process. With our every piece of slab is shaved to an equal and even flat surface on both sides, this will ensure the table top achieve a perfect flat surface before we proceed to the sanding process.

A lengthy of sanding process we start from No.#40 grit sandpaper to No.#2,000 grit, it can make a wood surface smooth as silk then a high speed polishing tool with wool pad is used to polish and make sure the wood surface 100% clean to prepare the wood for the final finishing process.

Final process (Hand Rubbed Finishing) - We apply branded wood stain with hand rubbed technique for every piece of furniture we produce. This finishing process will produce a finishing surface that is extremely smooth and even surface.

We have to apply at least 4 layer of wood stain to bring out the detailed beauty of the wood grain.
